This creamy broth is eggsolicious , so warm in tummy and definitely memorable tasting experience !
Featuring Foie Gras, with lychee fruit bits and cauliflower. This is something new i’ve tried tasting. The combination is creative and comfortably sweet taste.
This is part of the purpose of my special trip here . because i have seen several posts of this amazing dish on social medias . Just photos got me drooling . ENOUGH , i will try it by myself !
Amazingly , fantastically , every strand of angel hair with hijki seaweeds, is so fine, chill and refreshing , creamy with that milky gravy , fresh and chewy on that boston lobsters.
This is quality . really .
Featuring Hokkaido scallops , Leek , Green Apple sauce, Finger Root and Spanner Crab sauce.
Uh, warmy food always my fav . And i do like this and worth remembering my tasting experience in this fine dish.
Featuring Crispy Tofu, topped with Wild Mushroom and Black Garlic , dipped in Foie Gras sauce.
Very well and evenly fried at the right level of heat , producing a crisp on the out ; soft on the inside taste.
Pretty common dish served . But it’s the ingredients used, to produce an unique perfect taste experience.
Featuring Kingfish belly with very crisp skin , silky soft meat , topped with Chinese green garlic , broth containing Beurre Blanc and Kaffir Lime.
Warm comfortable and great. Nothing to rant at all.
Another dish that i have seen more enough posts and really wanna try it once at least myself !
Named Ham & Cheese, Featuring Crispy Suckling Pig with cheese and truffles.
Wanted to try holding it and take a snapshot of the intercut after first bite, but it was too soft ! Imagine ow soft it is melting in my mouth ! Goodness. I will come back for this someday on occasions perhaps.
As a non beef consumer, I get to enjoy pork belly again !
So here featuring Australian pork belly , with yellow mustards, Kale and pork jus.
Still very creamy with its pork fats , but still have not get over my little static over that suckling pork. hahaha
This pre-dessert is sweet looking ! LOVEEEEEE
Featuring Strawberry yoghurt, with kiwi juices and topped with an extremely thin layer sugar coating that supposed to be smashed broken to blend the sugar with the yoghurt.
This look geographic . Very much creativity and efforts in this for sure !
Featuring hard frozen black truffle ice cream, side with a scoop of dark chocolate gelato as well.
OMG Still having desserts ??? yes , and waitress promised this to be the finale as our tummy can’t fit anymore.
Wasn’t clear bout the exact names each art featuring here. The green lollipop tasted exotic sour and thus, we don’t really like this pallete overall.
FOOD : Memorable , pleasing , consistent taste.
SERVICE : Friendly service and waitresses, patiently explaining the dishes.
AMBIENCE : Simple neat dining arrangement. Quiet ambience.
