Black cow , newly opened in later year of 2016, is fame for its wagyu beef. However, as non beef consumer like me, you can enjoy their freshest Black pork as well .
Easy accessible and convenient location near Esplanade Mrt station , it’s a pretty good must-try if you have never been here before.
2) TRUFFLE PASTA
This is a pre-ordered dish when i called in to make seat reservation.
Cold overall yet warmly spiced with crisp ebi prawns .Truffle oil blended strongly into every strand of angel hair, fresh and creamy sea urchins layered neatly , and bonus add-on of caviars empowering the greatness of this entire dish. I totally can’t resist to finish up every slippery strand ! It’s bit costly , but a good first time try in a japanese restaurant.
My picks: black pork , glass noodles and shiitake mushrooms ! YES , these three basically sums up my favorites here at Black Cow.
Other sides include golden mushrooms, cabbage and scallion. The soup was extremely sweet , but wasn’t of my favour as it’s cooked with beef stock.
OH THIS A SWEET LOVELY TREAT . This strawberry shaved ice is amazing with low sugar level , yet cooling and refreshing ! Diced strawberry adding bit of sour experience . This totally marked my dinner on a pleasant note.
FOOD : Freshness assured for their meat served .
SERVICE : Friendly fast service, they will help out in cooking the ingredients for hotpot at request.
AMBIENCE : Peaceful, dim lights at night . Cool and chilly for both small groups, couples or business clients.
